NAPFA test 28 apr (tue)

new instructions:
lunch @ 1240pm
Meet Teacher IC in canteen 115pm.
pupils will be tested on these 5 stations: sit-n-reach, standing b-jump, i-pulled up, sit-ups and shuttle run.
